LessLethalAF was created to help people understand and evaluate modern less-lethal self-defense tools. Over the past decade, devices such as pepperball launchers, kinetic impact projectors, and CO2 powered defensive platforms have moved from law enforcement into the civilian market. As the technology has improved, so has public interest. But reliable information has not always kept pace.
